MOQ, sample cost and timing are outputs of a defined project. The most dependable quotation is based on one shared specification, an approval route and a clear delivery objective.

MOQ is specification-dependent

Minimum order quantity changes with yarn, construction, colour, decoration, size and packaging. Share one complete product brief so the team can confirm a realistic quantity for that exact route.

Include your target quantity and any acceptable flexibility.

Sampling defines the reference

Sampling may include an available-quality reference, a colour or strike-off approval, and a finished pre-production sample. The useful route depends on how much of the towel is being customised.

State what must be proven: hand feel, colour, logo, size or packaging.

Timing starts after approvals

A production estimate depends on material availability, capacity, technique, quantity and packing complexity. Final timing should be agreed after specification, artwork, sample and commercial approvals.

Share the required delivery date and destination at the start.

Terms belong in the quotation

Price basis, payment milestones, Incoterms, currency, packing, inspection and shipment responsibilities should be recorded in the quotation or order agreement, not assumed from a general web page.

Facility audits, product certificates, recycled-content documentation and shipment records do not all prove the same thing. Confirm which document, issuing body, product scope, validity period and transaction evidence your program requires.
