Information you provide
The form collects your name and email address, and any company details, product requirements, quantities, destination, timing and reference files you choose to include. It also records the page from which your inquiry was submitted. Limited technical request information, such as an IP address supplied by the website proxy, is used to help detect and limit automated spam.
How the information is used
Your inquiry is stored by our inquiry service and sent to the VBUY sales mailbox so the team can evaluate your requirements, respond and follow up on samples or orders. Optional attachments are stored with restricted file permissions and included in the sales notification. They are not published as website content.
Attachment retention
Website-uploaded attachment copies are normally scheduled for automatic deletion from the private upload directory after 90 days. If a file is needed for an active sample or order, the team may keep the relevant working copy with the business record where permitted or required.
Share only what is needed
Please send only materials you are entitled to share and that are relevant to your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
External services
WhatsApp links and the 360° factory tour open external services. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them. Choosing the WhatsApp fallback opens a draft of your inquiry text; attachments must be added separately in that service.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact admin@vbuygroup.com to ask about your inquiry, correct information or request deletion. Include your inquiry reference if you have one so our team can locate the relevant record. Retention of transaction-related records may depend on the purpose and applicable obligations.
